Conical Dough Rounding Machine is suitable for rounding soft and medium doughs. The rounding process is done by a rotating cone system through a spiral canal around the cone. There is a flour duster system with 2 outlets for dusting dough-pieces.
The Hygiene Requirements are the most important issue for our R&D Department in designing machines so that our machines are considered to meet hygienic standards for producing bakery products.
The machine is constructed with SS304 material. The cone and spiral canal around the cone are made of aluminum material.
