DOUGH PROCESSING
Dough Moulding Machine (model LMM 200) is designed as being Easy-to-operate and Easy-to-Clean, and has high production efficiency with hygienic standards. It is completely constructed with SS 304 material.
Dough feeding hopper has a mechanism for centering dough-pieces at the entry, which is adjustable manually.
The distance between DOUGH SHAPING PLATES and CONVEYOR BAND is adjustable.
There are WIDENESS LIMIT BARS on the conveyor band to adjust DOUGH WIDENESS. A stainless steel chain drags dough for wrapping it in a cylindric shape. Conveyor bands are easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. Scrapers of the cylinders (rollers) are spring loaded.
